Perhaps it was the Nelstrop family who answered this advert and rented the windmill as their son William Nelstrop, was born in 1801 at the family farm and windmill in Ackworth.  In 1820 he moved their corn dealing business to Stockport, Cheshire, where the famous Nelstrop Family mill still stands today.
